Rebecca W. currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Oculis, leading the commercial organization and portfolio strategy for the Swiss biotech focused on ophthalmology and neurology. In addition to this role, Rebecca holds trustee responsibilities at Scoliosis Support and Research, and membership on the Board of Directors for the International Society for Urban Health. Prior experience includes serving as SVP & Head of Global Marketing at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals and leading corporate affairs and global franchise operations at Shire. Rebecca has also held senior positions in marketing and strategy at Alcon, Novartis, and Bausch + Lomb. With a PhD in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA from Princeton University, Rebecca combines extensive industry expertise with a strong educational background.
