Henry Shuffle

Henry Shuffle, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Accounting Manager at Ocuphire Pharma since July 2023. Previously, Henry held several key positions at Conifer Holdings, Inc., including Internal Audit Manager for SOX Compliance and Senior Financial Analyst, SEC Reporting, from September 2019 to July 2023. In those roles, Henry executed SOX compliance programs, managed control testing, collaborated with various stakeholders, and prepared quarterly and annual financial statements. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Corporate Accountant at Guardian Industries, where Henry improved accounting processes and practices, and as an Audit Associate at Rehmann, leading audit teams on significant projects. Henry holds a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, a Master of Arts in English Literature from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Wheaton College.
