Janice Potts

Janice Potts has been working in customer service for the past few years. Janice is currently employed by OCV, LLC as a Client Success Manager. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Team Lead at Boxercraft Inc. Janice also held the role of Manager of Customer Success at Boxercraft Inc.

Janice Potts completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Columbia Southern University in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Central Alabama Community College and studied Business Administration.
