Austin Mater

Austin Mater has extensive experience in sports and entertainment operations, currently serving as a Mailroom Coordinator at ocV!BE Sports and Entertainment since July 2023. Alongside this role, Austin has been the Director of Operations for the Anaheim Ducks High School Hockey League since July 2017, managing game operations, training scorekeepers, and overseeing league events. Previous positions include roles as Entertainment Lead and Game Ice Crew for the Anaheim Ducks, where responsibilities ranged from ensuring NHL-quality ice conditions to coordinating game-day staff. Austin has also worked as a Guest Services Supervisor at Live Nation Entertainment, focusing on guest satisfaction for large events, and has held operational roles at The Rinks - Anaheim Ice. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Arizona State University and has a strong foundation in customer service and sports management.
