Mara Hampton

Mara Hampton has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Mara is currently serving as the Senior Director of Total Rewards & Talent Operations at ocV!BE since April 2022. Prior to this, Mara worked for Anaheim Ducks as a Compensation Consultant for 12 years from 2010 to 2022. Mara also had a stint at Disneyland Resort from 1991 to 2002, where they held multiple positions including HR Business Partner, Senior Compensation Analyst, Compensation Analyst, Incentive Administrator, Attractions Analyst in Theme Park Finance, and Operations Analyst in Queen Mary. Before their time at Disneyland Resort, they worked as an Operations Manager at Embassy Suites from 1988 to 1990 and as a Confidential Assistant at the Office of Management and Budget from 1986 to 1988.

Mara Hampton earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs from The George Washington University.
