Blair Tully has 33 years of work experience, primarily in the water and environmental sectors. They started their career in 1990 as a Senior Operations Manager at the Ontario Clean Water Agency, where they held various roles until 2022. In 2022, Blair joined the Ontario Clean Water Agency as the Director of Asset Management and Business Standards. They later retired from this role in July 2023. In the same year, Blair joined J.L. Richards & Associates Limited (JLR) as a Senior Environmental Consultant. Blair's expertise lies in operations management and environmental consulting.
Blair Tully has taken Business Management Courses at The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Facility Management and Asset Management at UofT.
