Natalie Peers, MBA, CPA, CMA has a strong background in finance and corporate services. Natalie currently holds the position of Vice President, Finance and Corporate Services at the Ontario Clean Water Agency since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership) starting in 2017. During their time at MLSE, Natalie held various roles including Senior Director Finance, Director Financial Planning & Analysis, and Director Ticketing Operations, Administration & Reporting. Before joining MLSE, Natalie gained experience at Sobeys where they worked in different finance positions, including Director Finance, Manager General Accounting Ontario, and Sr. Financial Analyst. These roles have provided their with a strong foundation in financial management and reporting.

Natalie Peers obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance from St. Francis Xavier University from 2003 to 2007. Natalie then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Saint Mary's University between 2007 and 2010. Additionally, during the same period, they obtained a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the Certified Management Accountants of Nova Scotia.
