Previous roles involve operations engineering, project engineering for 6th generation deep-water drill ships, and applications engineering in the petroleum industry. Paloma's early career includes quality system engineering and internships in the oil and gas sector, contributing to various projects and process improvements. Currently pursuing a doctorate in Environmental Sciences and Conservation at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Paloma holds a master’s degree and post-graduation in Petroleum Engineering, along with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
