William Huynh

William has had extensive experience in the IT field, working at various companies in different roles. Currently, William works as an IT Specialist - Desktop Support at OCZ Storage Solutions - A Toshiba Group Company, where William troubleshoots computer, printer, and networking issues for local and remote users. William also manages accounts on Active Directory and Exchange. In the past, William worked at IBM as an IT H/W Installer and Space Planning, where William utilized the CQ ticketing system and fulfilled network requests. Additionally, William worked as a Technical/Lab Assistant at the College of Business, San Jose State University, collaborating with other lab and tech assistants to provide technical assistance to the business department. William holds a BS in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.
