Glenn Robert G. Aarrestad has extensive experience in product management, design, and consultancy. Glenn Robert is currently working as the Director of Product Management at Oda, where they previously held the roles of Product Manager and Product Manager at Kolonial.no. Prior to that, they worked at Just Financial as the Head of Design and Customer Success, leading new product development and roadmap processes from a design perspective.

Before joining Just Financial, Glenn worked at Bekk Consulting AS as the Manager, Interactive, where they served as a consulting Design Manager for one of Norway's largest insurance companies. Their responsibilities included being a design ambassador, building relations between product management and the consulting design team, and guiding the product development team to work more user-driven and cross-functional.

Glenn also had a successful career at Cisco, where they held various roles, including Senior Lead Designer, Senior Designer, and Lead Designer. Glenn Robert was responsible for defining strategic UX directions for collaboration products, leading the design and execution of Cisco's next-generation collaboration products, and leading the design and concept development of a new Immersive Collaboration product in San Francisco.

Additionally, Glenn has served as Chairman of the Board and Board Member at Solheimsgaten 3AS and worked as a Designer and Industrial Designer/Project Manager at TANDBERG, where they played a crucial role in designing and defining the new design language for TANDBERG products.

Glenn's educational background includes an MSc in Industrial Design from NTNU and an MSc in Design from UNSW Australia. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in product management, design strategy, user research, and cross-functional collaboration.

Glenn Robert G. Aarrestad pursued their education in the field of Industrial Design. From 2003 to 2008, they studied at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), earning a Master's degree. In 2006, they also attended UNSW briefly and completed a Master's in Industrial Design, focusing on both the industrial design and business aspects of the field.
