Sabrina Bjørnstad

Sabrina Bjørnstad has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Sabrina currently works at Oda as a Lead Technical Project Manager - Organizational Engineering, where they are responsible for managing projects related to organizational engineering. Sabrina also holds the position of Deputy Board Member in the company. Prior to this, Sabrina worked as a Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure & IT at Oda, where they managed projects related to infrastructure and IT. Sabrina also served as a Talent Acquisition Partner - Product & Tech, where they played a key role in scaling up the teams within the Product & Tech organization. Before joining Oda, Sabrina worked at Harnham as a Managing Consultant, where they were responsible for recruitment in the field of Data & Analytics in the Nordic region. Sabrina also held roles as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at Harnham. Additionally, Sabrina gained experience through a student project at Barclaycard.

From 2013 to 2016, Sabrina Bjørnstad attended Kingston University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Human Resource Management.
