Sara Manne

Sara Manne has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Sara is currently a Board Member at Citybox Hotels, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Oda from 2020, where they held multiple roles including Director of People Strategy & Transformation/People Enablement, responsible for leading the People Enablement Team and driving People projects. Sara also served as a Strategy & Business Developer, leading high-stake projects and overseeing the corporate strategy process.

Before joining Oda, Sara worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant and Associate from 2018 to 2020. Sara also had a short stint as a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2017. Additionally, Sara worked as a Group Teacher/Teaching Assistant at NHH - Norwegian School of Economics from 2013 to 2016, teaching various courses and grading papers. Sara also gained internship experience at Sprint Consulting AS in 2016 and Fearnley Securities AS in 2015.

Sara Manne obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) between 2012 and 2017. Additionally, they completed an exchange semester at both the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in 2017 and the City University of Hong Kong in 2014. Before their Master's degree, Sara completed a two-year General Studies program at Bergen Handelsgymnasium (BHG) from 2010 to 2012.
