Anna Dann has a diverse work experience in various customer-facing roles. Anna is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Odaseva since August 2022, where they focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Prior to that, Anna worked as a Key Account Manager for the European Market at ProAmpac from October 2018 to August 2022, where they managed key accounts and developed business relationships. Anna also gained experience at GE Healthcare as a Customer Service Coordinator and Sales Support from March 2017 to October 2018, and at Bosch Service Solutions as a Customer Service Professional from January 2016 to February 2017.
Anna Dann began their education in 2011 at Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/ BWL. Anna attended this institution until 2013. In 2013, they moved on to Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Technical Communication with a focus on German, English, and Russian. Their studies at Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal lasted until 2017. In addition, in 2014 and 2015, they attended Moscow State Linguistic University and pursued a second Bachelor of Arts degree in Translation and Cultural Studies.
