Isabelle Guibourgé has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Isabelle started their career in 2006 as a Destination Service Consultant, assisting families with relocation to Normandy. From 2008 to 2016, they held the position of Office Manager and Coordinator at a non-profit organization, where they successfully managed fundraising activities and recruited volunteers. In 2013, they worked as a Project Manager for the Heritage Organization Normandy, organizing cultural heritage events and marketing the destination. Isabelle also worked as a Key Holder/Assistant Manager at Maison de France, a luxury French decoration boutique, and as an Assistant of the Business Manager at the French Immersion School of Washington, where they handled bookkeeping and fundraising management. More recently, they have worked as a French Instructor at Sagalingua, teaching one-to-one French language and culture lessons, and as a Language Data Specialist/QA for Bing@Microsoft. In their current role at Odaseva, they are responsible for billing, account receivable, and collection activities in the Salesforce ecosystem for various regions. Throughout their career, Isabelle has demonstrated proficiency in areas such as event organization, coordination, budgeting, database management, and customer service.

Isabelle Guibourgé's education history begins in 1978 when they attended Collège international Marie de France and obtained a baccalauréat D degree with a focus on Biology, Math, and Physics. Following this, from 1984 to 1988, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Cost controlling & finance at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. In 1986-1987, they attended the British Institute and obtained a BICBE degree in British Institute Commercial & Business English. Lastly, in 2013-2014, Isabelle pursued a Master's Degree in Destination Marketing Business development/ Ms en Développement, Marketing Territorial at EM Normandie Business School. Their field of study during this period encompassed Data collecting & analyzing, Project managing, Public policies, and Destination marketing.
