Yunita H. has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Yunita'smost recent position is as the Director of Alliance at Odaseva, where they lead the partners program for the Americas. In this role, they are responsible for expanding strategic relationships with Salesforce, System Integrators, ISV, resellers, and MSPs in North and Latin America. At Partnership Leaders, they were an Emerging Leader Member of the Women in Partnerships & Digital Events Committee. At Nacelle, as a Senior Partner Alliances Manager, they were a founding member of the partnerships team and contributed to building new systems and processes to scale Nacelle's partner ecosystem.

Prior to these roles, Yunita spent several years at Cisco as a Partnerships Account Manager for Meraki. In this position, they were responsible for the management, growth, and expansion of reseller partnerships and sales in three different regions. During their time at Cisco, they consistently exceeded quota, with a YoY achievement of 142% in FY 2021 in the Metro D.C. region.

Yunita also took a sabbatical leave in 2017 and held positions at Revinate, The Inn San Francisco, and Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts earlier in their career. At Revinate, they served as a Director of Sales in LATAM, Territory Sales Manager, Business Development Representative, and Marketing Coordinator. Prior to Revinate, they worked as the Social Media & Operations Manager at The Inn San Francisco and as a Guest Services & Events Coordinator at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts.

Yunita H. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Hospitality Management from Stenden. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Strategic Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships: Ecosystems and Platforms, Getting into the Mind of the Hiring Manager, Speaking Confidently and Effectively, and Revinate Email Marketing for Hoteliers.
