Melisa Sánchez Castro has three years of work experience. In 2019, they began working as an HR Specialist at Huawei Technologies. In 2021, they moved to Charger Logistics Inc. as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist where they were responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for the IT department, partnering with hiring managers to identify and define specific recruiting needs, identifying, establishing and maintaining sources that will produce qualified candidates, managing the full cycle process beginning from search kick off through offer acceptance, and onboarding process for the new employees and follow up with them.
