As the Founder and Creative Director of Odd Notion since November 2019, Eleazar has led various projects while also serving as a Board Member for B Local PDX, focusing on connecting Certified B Corporations in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Additional roles include judging for the 2025 PRINT Awards and The Webby Awards, showcasing a commitment to social impact and digital arts. Prior experience encompasses positions as Partner and Creative Director at Pedestrian Coffee, and Senior User Interface and Graphic Designer roles at multiple organizations, including Faithlife and WildTangent. Eleazar holds a Certificate in Graphic Arts from Central County Occupational Center.
