Danielle Baranowski, PMP, PMI-ACP

Danielle Baranowski, PMP, PMI-ACP has extensive work experience spanning over 18 years. Danielle currently holds the position of Program Manager at Oddball since February 2022, overseeing various projects within the company. Prior to this, they worked as a Delivery Manager at Oddball from June 2021 to February 2022, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Before joining Oddball, Danielle worked as a Delivery Manager, Applications at Palladian Health, LLC from April 2019 to May 2021. In this role, they managed the delivery of applications, ensuring their timely completion.

From May 2016 to April 2019, they worked as a Scrum Master/Analyst at Liazon. Here, they facilitated agile project management practices and contributed to the analysis of business requirements.

Danielle has also worked as a Data Conversion Analyst at Hero Data Services from November 2013 to May 2016. Their role involved analyzing and converting data for various projects.

Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Business Consultant from January 2011 to November 2013. During this time, they provided consulting services to various clients.

Danielle's early work experience includes roles such as Manager/Partner at Hot Glue Media from April 2006 to December 2011, Executive Assistant at Bursich Associates, Inc. from September 2007 to September 2009, and Client Services Technology Administrator at Cephalon from March 2004 to September 2007.

Danielle started their career as a Data Center Operator/Client Services Analyst at Cephalon, where they worked from August 2003 to March 2004.

Danielle also has experience as a Project Coordinator at Campisi Construction Inc, where they worked from February 2003 to October 2003.

Danielle Baranowski, PMP, PMI-ACP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, and Economics with a field of study in Information Systems from SUNY Empire State College. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in September 2020, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in January 2020, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in November 2019, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) from ICAgile in December 2020, and ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) from ICAgile in February 2021. Danielle is also planning to obtain a SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2023.
