Lindsay Li-Smith

Lindsay Li-Smith is a Product and UX Lead with a diverse background in user experience and customer success management. They previously held roles at Broadly, where they significantly enhanced the UX research process and managed a large client portfolio. Lindsay's leadership is evident from their accomplishments at San Francisco Toastmasters and Autodesk, as well as in their work shaping user experiences on VA.gov at Oddball. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis, and have completed a User Experience Design program at UC Berkeley Extension.
