Paul Varley

Paul Varley is the Chair at Northern Rights Social Enterprise Ltd, where they focus on supporting the progression of disadvantaged individuals into work. They served as a Non-Executive Director at North East LEP from 2011 to 2018, contributing to business investment and job creation in the North East. Varley has held various leadership roles, including Associate Finance Director at Procter & Gamble and Managing Director at Carillion Energy Services. They are also involved with several organizations, including OddBalls Apparel LTD and The OddBalls Foundation, both aimed at raising awareness of important health issues. Varley earned a BSc Hons in Maths from Durham University in 1994.
