Alex Kaplan

Alex Kaplan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of New Ventures at ODDITY, a consumer-tech platform focused on transforming the beauty and wellness market using advanced technology. Before this, they served as the Director of New Ventures at ODDITY. Prior to their role at ODDITY, they worked as a Field Director for Eliza Orlins for Manhattan DA. Additionally, they gained valuable consulting experience at Bain & Company, where they held the roles of Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant. Alex also worked as a Field Organizer for the Iowa Democratic Party. In earlier stages of their career, they served as a Summer Associate at EY-Parthenon, Secretary-General at ILMUNC, and Communications Intern at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

Alex Kaplan attended Glenbrook North High School from 2010 to 2014. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at the University of Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2018. During their time at the University of Pennsylvania, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on Economics and Political Science.
