Enzo Benfanti

Enzo Benfanti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Enzo most recently worked at Oddity Labs as a Product Manager, where they managed product development and was responsible for the company's operations. Prior to that, Enzo held the position of Director of Operations at the same company.

Enzo's previous role was at Scientific Design Company, Inc., where they served as the Manager of Data Analytics & Digitalization. In this role, they led the implementation of a data lake and enterprise BI tools, improving data analysis and communication within the company. Enzo also oversaw the digitalization of internal data sources and developed a data-centric corporate culture.

Before this, Enzo worked as a Lead Engineer and Associate Engineer at the same company, where they managed construction projects, coordinated vendors and contractors, and led process improvement projects. Enzo also acted as a consultant in the construction and commissioning of two commercial plants.

Enzo started their career as a Process Engineer, where they developed plant process documentation and performed detailed plant process simulations and calculations.

During their time at SUNY Buffalo Engineering Department, Enzo worked as a Student Leader and Research Assistant, where they conducted independent research and optimized reaction conditions.

Enzo also gained experience in the food industry through internships at General Mills, where they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Associate Intern, and Tim Hortons, where they served as a Storefront Employee/Baker. Enzo also briefly worked at Tops Markets in the Grocery Department.

Enzo Benfanti's education history starts with their high school education at Clarence Senior High School, where they completed their high school degree from 2008 to 2012. Enzo then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering at the University at Buffalo, attending between 2012 and 2016. Following their bachelor's education, Enzo advanced their studies by enrolling in Columbia Engineering for a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their academic achievements, Enzo obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the New Jersey State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in September 2020.
