Brandon Lutz

Brandon Lutz holds the NALP and LEAD certifications and has extensive experience in the property management industry. Currently, Brandon serves as a Leasing Consultant and Social Media Coordinator at Oddo Development, where responsibilities include social media management, resident retention, utility billing, community events, and legal contracts. Prior to this role, Brandon worked at First Management Inc. in various positions, including Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, Senior Leasing Coordinator, and Leasing Consultant, gaining expertise in budgeting, marketing, and resident relations. Brandon's educational background includes studies at Johnson County Community College from 2005 to 2007.
