Mahfoudh Ebkar

Mahfoudh Ebkar currently serves as CEO and Co-founder of Odea Integrations, specializing in innovative customer experience solutions through Voice-AI and cloud-native technology since April 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Software Architect at a confidential company from March 2021 to March 2024, and as a CX Solutions Architect at Presidio, where leadership in enterprise integrations and development was demonstrated for Cisco, Amazon Connect, and Twilio projects from May 2019 to March 2021. Mahfoudh founded ACCS - Advanced Contact Center Solutions, serving as CEO from January 2017 to November 2019, focusing on transformative contact center implementations. Additional experience comprises leading CX development at Global Response and involvement in doctoral studies at New York University. Mahfoudh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Lebanese International University.
