Mahfoudh Ebkar is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer experience and contact center solutions. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Odea Integrations since April 2023, Mahfoudh leads innovative initiatives in Voice-AI and cloud-native customer experience solutions. Previously, Mahfoudh held key roles including CX Solutions Manager and Amazon Connect Team Lead Architect at New York Life, and CX Solutions Tech Manager/Lead at Presidio, among others. As the Founder and CEO of Advanced Contact Center Solutions, Mahfoudh delivered transformative implementations between 2017 and 2019. Mahfoudh's technical expertise also includes architecting solutions for prominent companies like Global Response, Cameo Global, and Sogeti. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Engineering and Technology from New York University, alongside Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from Lebanese International University.
