Anna Vinnikova

Anna Vinnikova has a diverse work experience in various roles related to project management, agile coaching, and quality assurance. Anna started their career in 2012 as a QA Engineer at Playtika and later worked at Cedon BLR as a Senior QA Engineer/Scrum Master, where they were responsible for determining release criteria and assisting the product owner with backlog creation. In 2017, they joined Skywind Group as a QA Automation Engineer and later became a Scrum Master/Team Lead. Anna then worked at Octonion Technology as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach before moving on to EPAM Systems as a Project Manager. Anna worked at Softeq Development as a Project Manager until 2022 and is currently working as an Agile Coach and Manager at Odeeo.

Anna Vinnikova obtained a Bachelor's degree from Belarusian National Technical University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org in May 2020, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in October 2019, Manage_IT from Sorokin&Kulinkovich Studio in August 2019, ICP-ATF from ICAgile in May 2019, Professional Scrum with Kanban I from Scrum.org in April 2019, ISTQB Foundation Level from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in April 2016, Certified LeSS Practitioner from Scrum.org in March 2020, and completed the courses "Programming for Everybody (Python)" from Coursera and "try-sql" from Code School.
