Sarah Monaco

Sarah Monaco is currently working as Senior Director, People at Odeko since May 2021. Prior to that, Sarah held the position of Director, People at Slice from January 2017 to January 2021. Sarah has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in people operations, talent acquisition, and human resources administrative tasks. Sarah has successfully managed recruitment processes, onboarding, offboarding, performance management programs, and fundraising diligence. Sarah is a dedicated HR professional with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Marist College.
