JR Wheeler has a diverse work experience, starting in 1995 as an Executive Sous Chef at the Candleight Inn. JR then worked as a Kitchen Manager at the Steak-Out Saloon from 1999 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Odell Brewing Company and held various roles, including Wholesale Distribution, Southern Colorado Brewery Representative, Arizona Market Manager, and National Account Manager. Finally, in February 2019, they became the Director of Sales at Odell Brewing Company.
JR Wheeler attended The Culinary Institute of America from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained an associate degree in Culinary Arts (AOS Culinary Arts).
