Rachel Infante is a dedicated Payroll & Benefits Specialist at Odell Brewing Company since June 2014, providing essential support in payroll administration and ensuring compliance with payroll issues for 175 co-workers. Previously serving as a Compliance Coordinator and Receptionist at Odell, Rachel contributed to maintaining regulatory compliance and front office operations. Prior experience at Colorado State University involved roles as Development Coordinator and Donor Relations Coordinator, where Rachel supported a $125M stadium project and managed comprehensive donor relations and reporting processes. Rachel holds a Master's in Management and a Bachelor's in Equine Science and Management from Colorado State University, along with a minor in Business Administration.
