Jing Le Liu is a Civil Engineer Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in overseeing teams for the design and development of various land development projects. With a background in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree from the University of California, Davis, Jing has worked in both public and private sectors, handling tasks such as topographic maps, stormwater management plans, and ADA conformance. Formerly as a Lead Field Investigator/GIS Analyst and Engineering Assistant, Jing has a wide range of skills and knowledge in the field of civil engineering.
