Birkan Esentürk is a seasoned Senior Injection Process Engineer with extensive experience in plastic injection and manufacturing processes. Currently employed at odelo Türkiye since March 2017, Birkan has been instrumental in commissioning new injection molds, conducting design review studies, and supporting the manufacturing team to resolve production issues. Previous roles include Senior Injection Process Engineer at odelo China and Plastic Injection Production Engineer at FICOSA, where Birkan managed teams and implemented cycle time and scrap rate reduction activities. Early career experience includes serving as a Purchasing Cost Engineer at Ermetal Group, focusing on cost analysis and supplier selection. Birkan holds degrees from Balıkesir University and Anadolu University.
