Mark Randles

Mark Randles has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on institutional sales and trading of asset-backed securities (ABS) and fixed income securities. Mark has held senior roles at various companies, including Odeon Capital Group, Ally Financial Inc., Nariman Point Advisors, LLC, Further Lane Securities, DebtTraders Inc., Bengal Partners LLC, Westdeutsche Landesbank, and Bayerische Landesbank aka BayernLB. Throughout their career, Mark has worked with a diverse range of securities, including residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and municipal bonds. Mark has also sold equities and warrants, and has experience in primary and secondary market transactions. Additionally, Mark has knowledge in areas such as high yield, distressed, special situations, and natural resource and energy securities. Mark has been involved in domestic and international transactions, including those in emerging markets like BRIC countries. With their expertise and extensive background, Mark Randles has become a seasoned professional in the financial industry.

Mark Randles has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with minors in Romance Languages and Music from Wesleyan University. Mark also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Series 7, 24, 53, 63, and 79 from FINRA.
