Krystal Villarreal

Krystal Villarreal has extensive experience in the media and communications field, currently serving as a page designer and copy editor at Odessa American since October 2014. Previously, Krystal worked as a freelance writer for Caller Times and The Bend magazine between May 2012 and January 2015. Additional roles include marketing and advertising at the Coastal Conservation Association from January 2011 to October 2014, master control operator, production assistant, and fill-in producer at KIII-TV from June 2012 to August 2013, and staff reporter at Del Mar College from January 2010 to December 2012. Krystal holds a degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Del Mar College and is a graduate of Mary Carroll High School.
