Samrina Pichola

Samrina Pichola has over 15 years of experience in the technology and finance sectors, currently serving as Director at Odessa since July 2008. In this role, Samrina leads initiatives to enhance key performance indicators and oversees the ERP upgrades practice. Previously in positions such as Senior Manager and Solution Architect, Samrina managed project teams and was responsible for the functional delivery of the Odessa ERP system for numerous clients. Samrina's extensive project management experience includes leading redesign efforts for lease origination and accounting systems and coordinating implementation projects that incorporate offshore teams. Earlier career roles include business analysis positions, demonstrating a solid foundation in client requirements gathering and documentation. Samrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College, earned in 2008.
