Sreeja Rao

Sreeja Rao is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in people operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Odessa since February 2021, Sreeja leads key HR initiatives, manages HR processes, and is responsible for HR reporting and analytics. Prior to Odessa, Sreeja held various roles at Target Corporation India Private Limited from 2010 to 2018, including Senior HR Process Manager, where strategic HR processes and compliance were managed, and during which Sreeja led numerous projects to enhance HR operations. Sreeja's earlier career includes roles at EYGBS (India) as a Financial Analyst and IBM India, showcasing a diverse skill set in HR, financial analysis, and operational management. Sreeja holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mahatma Gandhi University.
