Anna Simon

Anna Simon has over 20 years of experience in user experience, service design, and design management. Anna has worked in various design roles at companies such as Odevo, Kry, Telia, Influence AB, itch, SEB, Valtech, Lumano, Travellink, and icon medialab. Their roles have included Head of CX, Design Director, Design Manager, Senior Service Designer, Servicedesign Team Lead and Employee Experience Director, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Service Design, User Experience Manager, User Experience Lead, User experience consultant, project management, Usability consultant, and Interaction designer. Throughout their career, Anna has worked on developing user-centered approaches to design, facilitating workshops, advocating for design thinking, and building and leading design teams.

Anna Simon received their Bachelor's degree in System design from Lund University in 1999. In 1995, they studied French and the History of Ideas and Science for a semester at Lund University. In 2003, they briefly attended Södertörn University to study Industrial Design, but it is unclear whether they completed a degree in that field.
