Kylie Lee

Kylie Lee has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Kylie began their career as a Project Coordinator at Public Services and Procurement Canada in 2010. In the same year, they also worked as a Business Associate at Watershed Capital Partners. From 2012 to 2013, Kylie served as an Associate Consultant at Impac Services and then transitioned to a Program Coordinator role at SNC-Lavalin in 2013. Kylie joined HSBC in 2014 as a Business Process Consultant, focusing on strategic projects and global priority programs. At HSBC, Kylie was involved in various responsibilities such as customer journey and product development, implementation, cost efficiencies, vendor management, and process design and implementation. In 2017, they joined Oliver Wyman as a Senior Consultant, specializing in digital, technology, operations, and analytics.
