Sam Walker

Sam Walker serves as the UK Head of Legal at Odevo since September 2025, leading the legal function for the largest residential property management company in the UK, managing over 440,000 homes. Previously, Sam held roles including Chief Legal Officer at TPG Ltd, Head of Legal at Trinity Estates, and solicitor positions at One Housing and the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Sam is also the Managing Director at Highline Solicitors and a Technical Committee Legal Representative for the Association of Residential Managing Agents. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Classics from the University of Exeter and completed the Legal Practice Course as well as the Common Professional Examination at Bournemouth University.
