John Williams

John Williams is a seasoned Sr Subsea Engineer at Odfjell Drilling, with a career spanning over a decade. Since November 2011, John has contributed expertise to the Deep sea Metro 2 project. Prior to this role, John served as a Subsea Engineer in Brazil, focusing on the operation and maintenance of a Hydril compact BOP on a 6th Generation Drill ship. Earlier experience includes working with Maersk Drilling from June 2009 to September 2012, where John held positions as an Assistant Subsea Engineer on the Maersk Discoverer and began as a trainee on the Kantan 4, progressing to assistant engineer while utilizing advanced subsea equipment. John attended Scotch College in Perth for education.
