Ole Jakob Sirnes Yttredal

Ole Jakob Sirnes Yttredal currently serves as a Maritime Trainee at Odfjell Drilling since August 2023, participating in a program that combines practical maritime industry experience with academic management training across multiple global locations. Prior to this role, Yttredal was an ROV Pilot at Njord Aqua AS from June 2020 to June 2023, focusing on underwater operations for aquaculture and the coastal industry. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Aker BP ASA, where Yttredal contributed to operational improvement initiatives, and work as an Instrument Technician at Aker Solutions, participating in various significant projects. Earlier experience includes an apprenticeship at Baker Hughes and a customer advisory role at Sport 1 Gruppen AS. Yttredal holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the University of Agder and a Bachelor of Engineering in Subsea Technology from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
