Ernst H Hestnes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management within the offshore drilling industry. Currently serving as VP Projects at Odfjell Oceanwind since April 2022, Ernst previously held various leadership roles at Odfjell Drilling from July 2003 to April 2022, including VP Projects & Engineering and Site Manager. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Ernst has successfully managed significant projects, including new builds and modifications of drilling units across multiple locations such as Singapore and Brazil. Academic credentials include an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a BEng in Offshore Engineering from Newcastle University, complemented by a foundational education in Mechanical Engineering.
