Michael Dragos has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President Operations & Engineering at Odfjell SE. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at Motiva Enterprises LLC, where they were responsible for launching multiple programs to improve operations. Michael began their career in the US Army, where they served as a Battlefield Communications Supervisor. Michael holds an MBA degree and has certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

Michael Dragos earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Houston in the years 2004-2006. Michael then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategic Management at Sam Houston State University from 2006-2009. Prior to their college education, Michael attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1998-2000 and studied General and Electrical Engineering. Michael also holds a Technical Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the US Army. Currently, Michael is studying Spanish at the Texas School of Languages, with an expected completion date in 2024.

In addition to their educational background, Michael has achieved several certifications throughout their career. These include the ASQ Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2022, the Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS in 2017, the APMP Level D Certification from the Association for Project Management in 2014, the LNG, Retail and Wholesale Operations certification from the Railroad Commission of Texas in 2014, the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2012, and the ERCOT System Operator Certification from the Electricity Reliability Council of Texas in 2007.
