Nathalia Dyvik Apelthun has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Nathalia is currently the Head of Group Controlling & Financial Systems at Odfjell SE, a position they started in September 2023. Prior to this, Nathalia held various roles at NextGenTel, including Director of Analytics, Self Service, and Process from 2022 to 2023, Head of Digital Transformation & Analytics from 2021 to 2022, and Lead Analytics & CLM from 2019 to 2021. Before joining NextGenTel, they worked as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Webstep from 2018 to 2019. Nathalia also has experience in the media industry, having worked at Schibsted Media Group as Team Leader Business Control from 2016 to 2018 and Lead Business Controller from 2015 to 2016. Nathalia started their career as a Controller at Avinor from 2009 to 2015 and later founded and managed Konnektor AS from 2007 to 2012. Nathalia also has experience as a Group Controller at Ocea AS from 2007 to 2009 and as a Project Controller at ABB from 2006 to 2007. Nathalia began their career as a Store Manager at Polarbad Norge AS before working as a Financial and Planning Advisor at UNDP from 2000 to 2005. Overall, Nathalia has a strong background in financial control, analytics, and digital transformation.

Nathalia Dyvik Apelthun completed their education at the IE School of Science and Technology, where they received a Master's degree in Business Analytics & Big Data from 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, they studied at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2012 to 2014, earning an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management Control. Their earlier education includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Nathalia Dyvik Apelthun holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2019.
