Prior to this role, Shaun worked at Archer - the well company from June 2013 to January 2023, where responsibilities included performance enhancement for drilling operations and promoting safety leadership as both a Driller and Performance Toolpusher. Shaun's career began at British Drilling and Freezing Company Limited from 2005 to 2013, progressing from Floor Hand to Assistant Driller/Driller, where duties involved supporting safe rig operations and crew organization. Additional experience includes positions at Simmons Edeco from 2007 to 2011, encompassing roles such as Floorhand, Derrickman, and Assistant Driller, with a focus on well site safety, fluid handling, and compliance.
