Simen Lieungh

Simen Lieungh is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the energy and maritime sectors. Currently, Simen serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Odfjell Technology since March 2022, and simultaneously holds several prominent positions including Chair of Odfjell Drilling, Chair of the Group of Offshore Contractors at the Norwegian Shipowners' Association, and Chair of the Board at Odfjell Oceanwind. Simen's prior roles include President and Chief Executive Officer at Aker Solutions and Executive Vice President at Aker Kvaerner and Kvaerner Oil & Gas Ltd. Simen's career began at Statoil as Project Director, contributing to major developments such as the Åsgård B project. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oslo College of Engineering.
