Stig Waage

Stig Waage serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Odfjell Technology since January 2024, focusing on strategic opportunities to enhance business growth and long-term value. Prior to this, Waage held various positions at Odfjell Drilling from January 2012 to January 2024, including VP of Business Development, where responsibilities included securing contracts and expanding the fleet. Waage's career in business development and project management includes roles at Ingeniør Compagniet, Aibel, Bergen Group, and Kongsberg Maritime, alongside early experience in the Royal Norwegian Navy. Waage holds a Master's degree in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Naval Operations from Sjøkrigsskolen.
