Gavin Hawkins has been working in the construction industry for over two decades. Gavin started their career as an Estimator at Morgan Lovell before moving on to become a Senior Estimator at Ibex Interiors. Currently, at OD-Group, Gavin holds the positions of Preconstruction Manager and Pre-construction Director.
