Charles Panaccione

Charles Panaccione currently serves as the Executive Director and Head of Data Strategy, Science and Services at Otsuka Precision Health since April 2024. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics at DaVita Kidney Care from February 2019 to April 2024. Charles also worked at ION Clean Energy as VP of Machine Learning and Data Technology and Director of Technology from October 2013 to February 2019. Earlier experience includes a position as a Member of Technical Staff at Pearson from May 2006 to July 2010 and as a Senior Software Engineer III at NSF NCAR - The National Center for Atmospheric Research from September 2002 to January 2005. Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Environmental Science from Bowdoin College (1988-1992), a Master of Science in Statistics from Colorado State University (1995-1999), and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University (2004-2006).
