Alessia Padalino

Alessia Padalino currently serves as the Head of IT Product Enterprise & Customer Operations at Odido Nederland, where responsibilities include IT delivery and transformation of business support systems for the Enterprise segment, driving digitalization and growth. Previous experience includes a similar role at T-Mobile Nederland and a long tenure at KPN, where Alessia held multiple leadership positions, such as Director of People & Team Development Center, managing significant team sizes and budgets while implementing agile transformations and talent management strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the Rotterdam School of Management and various leadership development programs at KPN and THNK School of Leadership.
