Herman Vink is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, customer delivery, and data analytics. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Delivery & Operations at Odido Nederland, Herman has previously held key positions, including Director B2B Customer Operations and Director of Intelligence & Insights at T-Mobile Nederland. With a strong background in service management, incident management, and business intelligence, Herman has also worked with ProRail and DPA Group N.V., contributing to various roles in finance and project management. Herman holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in International Business Administration from TIAS School for Business and Society and an MSc in Technology Policy from Eindhoven University of Technology.
