Marcel Middelkoop

Marcel Middelkoop currently serves as the Platform & Agent Experience Lead Salesforce at Odido Nederland since August 2023, overseeing all critical aspects of the Salesforce platform including architecture, stability, audits, financials, and deployment strategy, while also enhancing the Agent Experience through ongoing analysis and process optimization. Prior to this, Marcel held the position of Salesforce project manager and consultant at Atos from January 2022 to August 2023, focusing on project management and solution consulting for Salesforce implementations. Marcel's earlier experience includes various roles at T-Mobile Nederland from April 2017 to January 2022, with responsibilities spanning from Senior project coordinator to Business Owner. Additional roles include partner support at Telecombinatie and sales at Media Markt Nederland, complemented by internship experiences at Linders Consultants and IntoBusiness Alphen. Marcel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Commerce from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag, obtained between 2010 and 2014, and completed secondary education at Groene Hart Lyceum.
